Lambada Lynghoj

Lambada is another imported Danish mare. Born in 2000, Lambada was put forward for her grading with the KNN in Denmark in August 2004 where she achieved an 8 (First Premium). She is a big mare, now standing at over 170cm.

She is another fine example of the modern Sports type Knabstrupper with a huge trot and tremendous elevation. She will most likely be competed in dressage or eventing when she continues with her ridden career.

Although a solid brown, Lambada will always produced coloured offspring when bred to our resident Knabstrupper stallion Nobody’s Harlequin. Her type, conformation and paces are the ideal compliment to his and she was bought with this purpose in mind. Her 2006 colt has been sold to a home where he will be produced for dressage and possibly remain entire.

Lambada foaled to Harley 1st April - gorgeous leopard filly!
